Our model plan, Grown Up, is a tall 4-story beach house design on a compact footprint, 35’x35’. The four bedrooms are located on the two lower floors, and the living area is on the third floor to enjoy the water views.  Easy access to all levels is provided by an elevator from the garage. On the third floor there is an open balcony and a screened porch to see the surrounding landscape. The house plan also features a fourth-floor loft that overlooks the family living space and has windows on either end for an excellent sunset view. The original design for this house was situated by a river and a bay where the view could provide quite a spectacle.
