It provides an open floor plan for family living and includes three bedrooms positioned in the rear of a narrow profile, just 31 ft wide. It is a favorite of builders for its simple and economical construction details. Attaching a garage to this home plan is an easy adjustment; however, a detached garage behind the house would be ideal. We have created many modifications to this plan in the past.
