There is a large front porch for easy neighborhood conversations and a covered back porch. At just 50 feet wide, this house has been designed to fit on a narrow suburban lot with room to spare. This model is named for the country song by Aaron Tippin singing “…her love is like sweetwater, fallin’ from a summer sky.”
