The Stickley model is a one-story Craftsman style house plan with a fourth bedroom/office over its one-car garage. The open living space features a clerestory dormer that provides high windows for daylighting the Family Room from its cathedral ceiling. The style of the home is inspired from Arts and Crafts bungalow plans of the early 1900’s. Gustav Stickley offered free plans advertised in his Craftsman magazine at the time, promoting the sale of his sturdy handmade oak furniture.Our plan is rich with carpenter attention to workmanship details and functional livability, less than 2,000 Sq Ft of living space, suited for a 50-0 wide lot in a suburban neighborhood, its single-car garage is extra deep for storage. The Screened porch is situated for three-season enjoyment.
