This North End vacation home is a coastal style house plan that was originally created as a spec house, located one block from the Atlantic oceanfront in Virginia Beach. Its neighborhood is very popular with out-of-town owners as well as local sun worshippers. The weathered cedar shingle façade could easily suit any coastal residence. A rear alley 2 car garage entrance is ideal for a narrow width lot, although a modification to the driveway from the street could increase the outdoor entertainment space with a wider side entry garage access.
