Key West is about the views. Our plan is designed with a second floor open living space to see the views on three sides with expansive windows. The Family Room has a vaulted ceiling on the second floor, combining the Kitchen and Dining into one large volume room. The large master bedroom is adjacent to the family living space that is surrounded by porches. There is another large covered porch on the first floor accessible to the bedrooms. A two-car garage is located in the front of the house so as not to waste any opportunity for living space to see the view on a narrow lot. No wonder this model has been named Key West. It’s all about the views.
