Morning Coffee is a narrow 4 bedroom Craftsman style house plan with front and back porches, ideal for enjoying your cup of joe to start the day. The master bedroom is on the first floor and 3 good-size bedrooms are on the second floor. The plan provides for spacious open-style living, good for a busy young family or an active retired couple. The first version of this home plan was built by Habitat for Humanity in a college campus neighborhood where the construction volunteers were drawn from local college students.
