Marcia is named for the designer who initially created this plan in our architecture studio in the 1990’s. Marcia was her American name that she adopted to blend into American society. We sponsored her employment on a work visa from Korea. This model plan has a cozy interior, embellished with woodwork and trim, even including a gas fireplace with bookcases on either side. It is compact, ideal for a narrow urban lot, without wasting any space for unnecessary hallways. We have seen this house built many times, typically it has been furnished with antiques and artifacts that accentuate its Victorian flavor.
