The open family room flows from the kitchen and is designed to be a gathering place for family and friends. There’s also a formal dining room for special entertaining. Across the entire length of the house is the large back porch, 50 ft. wide. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms including the very large master suite. The phrase “home free” originates with the children’s game of tag in which the players, upon reaching their home base, historically would yell “free” to indicate that they were safe from being tagged out. This seemed an appropriate name for a house designed with the comfort and needs of a growing family in mind.
