“Katrina Cottages” are small house plans originally designed to provide New Orleans residents with simple replacement homes when they needed to rebuild quickly following the devastating 2005 hurricane that destroyed tens of thousands of houses along the U.S. Gulf Coast. Our Katrina Cottage is a traditional southern home plan, scaled down in size, 1100 Sq Ft, giving you affordable, efficient construction.
