“Semper Fi” is the name of this house plan, chosen in commemoration to the US Marine Corps, its motto is translated “Always Faithful”. This model plan can be constructed on a narrow lot, the garage is side-loaded, built under the living space where the master bedroom is on the entry level. The garage is very spacious as a result, as spacious as a full basement. The living space is very open, for gatherings larger than just the family.
