Its simplicity provides great construction value with plenty of opportunity for stylish traditional details. A large kitchen is surrounded by the open dining/family room combination. The front porch is spacious for sitting and there is also a back porch. The Quincy Bay model would be suitable for a picturesque setting such as a neighborhood surrounding Boston Harbor in Massachusetts, the inspiration for this design.
