However, we recommend the purchase of a Preliminary Plan Set to get started. The cost of a preliminary set will be deducted from the purchase of your final construction plans, whether PDF or CAD, should you decide to move forward with your home. We are dedicated to doing everything possible to ensure that your home design fits your needs before placing your final order.  Should any PDF set arrive in damaged or otherwise unusable condition, please contact us, and we will replace it free of charge.
