"We were looking for an Architect to help us take our lakefront foreclosure and turn it into a contemporary / modern dream home. As soon as we met with Greg, we knew he was right for our project. We wanted big ideas, and the team at GMF delivered. The plan removed 40% of the walls and doubled the windows. Giving us the groundwork to end up with features from exposed steel and duct work to circular balconies and round pass throughs. The team brought the outside in by having bold architectural features pass through glass walls. The house had a large amount of wasted space and the rooms were not taking full advantage of the beautiful lake view. GMF took the time to hear how we lived and designed around us. The final design leaves every space in the house as a space we use every day. Although GMF was only hired to create a set of prints, Greg was always very accessible and willing to clarify or provide additional ideas during the major remodeling process.
