It is a remarkable community that has contributed to hundreds of fulfilled dreams for family homes. What you may not realize, the Habitat homes must conform to a specific size criteria. Small.

The maximum size for a 3 bedroom is 1,120 SF. And 1,240 SF for a 4 bedroom.*

They have prioritized size, self-sustainability, and safety with the strategic goal of affordability. As an architect of small and narrow homes, I feel challenged and rewarded to bring their community new house plans and joyful smiles.
